Induction Day 14, 15, 16

I'm back on track, buat atkins balik.

Day 14
Breakfast - Salad Tuna + Cheese 1 keping

Lunch - Ikan 2 keping + Sayur2an
Workout - 30 minutes on treadmill, that's it.

Day 15
Breakfast - Telur rebus 2 biji (putih sahaja) + Timun + Tomato
Lunch - Ikan Bakar + Tauhu masak sambal + Sayur2an
Dinner - Tom Yam ayam + Telur Dadar.
Workout - 20 minutes Cross Trainer + 20 minutes senaman otot.

Day 16
Breakfast - Sayur Campur + Telur hancur 1 biji + Tomato 1 biji
Lunch - Sayur campur + grilled chicken + telur hancur 1 biji
Dinner - Chicken kebab + Chicken tikka + grilled lamb + grilled beef

Hari ke -16 ni tak buat workout, sebab hari ni nak tengok "Adamaya" episod akhir. Dan hari ini jugak adalah birthday mr. fiancee. Cik Shu tak bagi ape2 hadiah pun, tapi cik shu belanja makan kat restoran arab kat Jalan Ampang.

Minggu ni tak berani nak timbang berat. Takut kecewa sebab makan tak follow rules hujung minggu lepas. Setakat ni berat tak banyak turun, tapi jeans cik Shu sekarang sangat 'loose'.
